If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.

You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.

All delivery time scales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re shopping with us online or over the telephone, then you’ll be pleased to hear that you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected. After all, we all make mistakes from time to time.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days after the day you receive it. But, you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this.

You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in resellable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.

These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids, disposable devices that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.
